Removed from a 2023 YFZ450R, almost 0 time on it & here is why.
I have a friend who builds complete National MX quads for several top pro ridders. He Buys YFZ450Rs new, brings them back to his shop & starts taking off all stock parts that are not going to be used. All pro YFZ ridders use the Vortex ECU so this stock ECU is removed.
Here is how we know we are sending you a good, non-malfunctioning ECU. The Box is new take-off of a new running YFZ. Once you purchase the box from us, I put it on my 2024 YFZ & I let it run my machine for about 4 minutes.
There is no warranty with this box, there is no warranty if you go to a Yamaha dealership & buy it over the counter. No warranty.
I’ve been doing this since 1986, I know most people do guess work when trying to figure out electrical issues, once you buy this known good & tested box it is yours, just trying to make that clear.
Now after all that, you are buying a take-off ECU with less than 5 minutes of run time on it & we will test it on my YFZ before it ships to you. Retails from Yamaha at $761.99
