The TRX 450R does not come with an upper chain roller which helps keep the chain on the sprockets when the suspension is fully compressed like in a G-out or a flat landing.
This bracket fixes chain lash problems when the suspension is fully compressed. The bracket can be mounted to the rear chain guide as shown in my 2nd picture.
If you do now want to use a rear guide, then this kit also includes 2 spacers so the roller will line up over the chain.
Pictures 3-5 are of my personal 450ER XC quad with this assembly on it.
