This is a new aluminum cooler that will fit most water-cooled ATV s, it mounts in any water hose that is long enough to accept it. It is 3 times the size of the pro design version & it only weights 3oz. I currently am running one on my TRX 450R, I am not going to give some BS number as to how much more it cools but I will say if you grab it after your ATV has been running for 5 minutes it will burn you. This tells me it has to be removing heat from the water temp and it is allowing your ATV to run cooler.
It has Turned radius ends on it so your hose clamp can not come off easy, I use my ATV in a motocross setting and it has never came lose. The slotted cooling area is about 3 times larger than the pro design model ( I have one). So if you want a good looking inexpensive way to help your ATV run cooler and help save the engine this cooler will do just that. Thanks
