Description
This is a 428 sprocket & non-O-ring chain kit for the Suzuki LT80 & Kawasaki KFX80 1987-2006.
This kit has the most low-end torque compared to all the other kits for this model that we sell.
This kit has a 12-tooth front sprocket, 26 tooth rear sprocket with a 428 non-O-Ring chain & a half link which is required to make the chain fit properly.
This kit is best for machines with bigger tires, or running a lot in mud, snow or sand. We have other kits with 13, 14 & 15 tooth front sprockets in our store.
The 428 non-O-Ring chain produces much more power compared to the 520 O-Ring chain that came on the 89-06 models.
With this kit your chain may be extremely tight, this does not matter on these models because there is no swingarm travel & the chain will stretch a little.
The chain we send will have to be cut down to fit, we have chain breakers available if you need. They are in our eBay store.
